Terms of Service

1. Who we are

The HoReCa COFFEE portal (the "Portal") is operated by REMA Holding for the purpose of wholesale supply of coffee, machines and accessories to professional buyers in the hotel, restaurant and café (HoReCa) sector. By creating an account or placing an order you accept these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

The Portal is intended for legal entities and sole traders registered in Bulgaria, Romania or the European Union. Registration requires a valid company name, VAT or tax identifier and a delivery address. Accounts are reviewed and activated manually; we may refuse or revoke access at our sole discretion.

3. Pricing and orders

All prices are net wholesale prices in the currency shown on the product page and exclude VAT and delivery unless stated otherwise. Volume tiers and customer-specific price groups are resolved server-side at checkout and shown on the order confirmation. An order becomes binding once we issue a confirmation by e-mail.

4. Payment

Available payment methods include bank transfer, card payment and, where granted, credit terms. Late payments may incur statutory interest and suspension of further deliveries.

5. Delivery, risk and acceptance

Risk passes to the buyer on delivery. Visible damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Equipment is delivered with manufacturer warranty; consumables are sold with applicable best-before dates.

6. Returns

As a B2B service, the statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. Returns of sealed, unused goods may be accepted at our discretion within 14 days against a restocking fee.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to direct damages and capped at the value of the affected order, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or business interruption.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Sofia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
